2000 sq meters of epoxy resin coating system laid at INA Bearings UK distribution facility. INA Bearing are a international company manufacturing automotive components and distributing them worldwide.

Protective Surface Coatings were contacted to refurbish the floor surfaces at INA Bearings UK distribution facility in the West Midlands. The existing floor surfaces were extremely worn and INA Bearing were looking for a durable & resin surface with demarcated trucking gangways.

Protective Surface Coatings provided specialist floor preparation to achieve a perfect finish to receive the epoxy resin system. All floor areas were prepared using the shot blasting & diamond grinding floor surface preparation systems.

After all areas were thoroughly prepared, swept & vacuumed all damaged concrete, holes and cracks were repaired using epoxy mortar compound.

Protective Surface Coatings then laid two coats of high build, heavy duty epoxy resin flooring system to the total area. Dark green was chosen for all forklift gangways and mid grey for all other areas. The contrasting yellow safety demarcation lines in epoxy resin complimented the final finish.

The new floor was completed in 4 days, providing an attractive, easily cleaned, heavy duty surface that created a professional environment for a UK distribution facility.
